Today's situation
To date, 73 new cases have been reported in the country out of which 33 have been confirmed in Sindh, 13 in Punjab, 12 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 4 in KP and Azad Kashmir and 4 in Islamabad and 3 in Balochistan. ۔

After confirming the new cases, the total number of people infected in the country has reached 1577 whereas 31 people affected by the deadly virus in Pakistan have recovered so far, 14 of them from Sindh, 6 from Gilgit-Baltistan, 5 from Punjab. Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan have also recovered 2, 2 people.

Punjab

According to the Health Department, 14 patients have been recovered so far in Sindh, out of which 13 are from Karachi and one from Hyderabad.

Islamabad

According to the official portal, the total number has increased to 43 after 4 new cases were reported in the federal capital.

It is to be noted that in Islamabad, 2 affected people have recovered and the number of treated patients is 41.

Balochistan -

In Balochistan, three more new cases were confirmed today, after which the number of affected persons has increased to 141.

According to the provincial health department, 10 of the 141 affected patients, including 4 doctors, do not have a travel history.

According to Balochistan government spokesman Liaquat Shahwani, two patients have recovered so far while one patient has died and 138 are undergoing treatment.

Gilgit-Baltistan

In Gilgit-Baltistan, the Coronavirus swallowed a life and killed a health worker.

According to Deputy Commissioner Nagar Shah Rukh Cheema, an employee of the health department in District Nagar was kept in Quarantina on March 24, where he died.

The death toll has risen to 2 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
